Shipping & Delivery
  • Products are normally shipped via Royal Mail first class for UK and International deliveries. All Deliveries above £70 are free of charge. Delivery is usually within 2-3 days but can take up to 10 business days (Monday to Friday excluding bank holidays). Please note that International deliveries may take a little longer and are shipped Royal Mail International signed for with insurance up to £500
  • We will use all reasonable efforts to deliver your Products to you within the estimated delivery time indicated on your Order Confirmation; however, we do not guarantee that we will deliver within this time frame.
  • Orders are usually despatched within 1 day of receipt of confirmation of payment of your order, however this can take longer during busy periods (we will notify you should this be delayed for whatever reason). From time to time some products may run out of stock. If one or more items are delayed (due to no stock) for more than 10 business days from when you place your order, we will contact you via email asking you for instructions on how we should proceed with your order. It may take up to 30 days or more for some items not in stock to arrive, depending on when we placed our order with our suppliers and depending on our supplier having the item in stock. Under such circumstances, we can ship the "in stock" items (if any) to you first and the balance when it arrives in stock.

  • If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, tell us in writing or email and simply return the item to us in its original condition within 7 days of receipt.
  • Returned items should be unused and must be returned in original packaging with any enclosed documentation. We will issue a full refund on receipt, excluding the original delivery charge. Alternatively, if preferred, we will exchange the item.
  • Please note:
    1. Goods will only be accepted for return if they are despatched within 14 days of delivery, unless we have notified you otherwise.
    2. The item is your responsibility until it reaches us. Therefore for your own protection we recommend that you send the parcel using a delivery service that insures you for the value of the goods.
    3. The cost of returning the item to us is your responsibility.
    4. Delivery charges are only refundable where goods are faulty and a refund is made.
